Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MOTIQ, operated by Humberto Prado Ballesteros doing business as Bullfighter Studio, handles information when you use the service.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as name and email; prompts, uploads, generated media, projects, and support messages; subscription, invoice, and payment identifiers received from Stripe; and usage, device, IP, security, and generation-job logs. Stripe processes card details. MOTIQ does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, create and store requested media, measure credits, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, document digital-service delivery, resolve disputes, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and transfers
We disclose only the information needed to providers that help operate MOTIQ, including Stripe for billing, Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and selected AI providers for generation. Depending on the requested model, those providers can include OpenRouter and its routed model providers, Google, or xAI. These companies may process information in countries other than your own under their respective privacy and security terms.
Retention and security
We retain account and project data while your account is active and as needed for service delivery, fraud prevention, dispute evidence, financial records, backups, and legal compliance. We use access controls, secret storage, signed billing webhooks, and account-scoped media access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain for billing, disputes, security, or law. Email betoxf18@gmail.com from your account email. You may cancel future subscription renewals from MOTIQ Billing.
