Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. You may cancel future renewals from the secure Stripe billing portal in your MOTIQ Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Prices exclude taxes that may apply. We may change plan pricing or limits for a future billing period after giving reasonable notice. We will not retroactively change an amount already paid.

Credits and provider costs

Credits are a limited license to request AI generation during the paid billing period. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, do not roll over, and expire when the period ends. A generation request can incur an immediate, non-recoverable charge from an external AI provider. MOTIQ may reserve credits when a job starts, charge them when it completes, and restore them when a provider request fails before usable output is delivered.

Refunds and payment disputes

The Refund Policy is part of these terms. Because provider costs begin when generation starts, subscription fees are non-refundable after any plan credit is used or a generation job is submitted, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact support before opening a card dispute so we can investigate duplicate, unauthorized, or service-related charges promptly.

We may immediately pause generation access after a failed payment, refund, early fraud warning, charge dispute, suspected account takeover, abusive usage, or other payment-risk signal. A pause does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or card-network rules.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in prompts, uploads, brands, and other content you provide. You grant MOTIQ and its infrastructure and AI providers the limited rights needed to process that content and deliver the service. You represent that you have permission to use submitted content and that your requests do not violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or platform policies.

You may not use MOTIQ for fraud, impersonation, deceptive political content, sexual exploitation, unlawful surveillance, malicious code, payment abuse, or attempts to bypass account, credit, or safety controls. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

AI output and availability

AI output can be inaccurate, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a particular campaign. You are responsible for reviewing output and securing any required rights before publication. MOTIQ is provided on an as-available basis; uninterrupted provider availability or a specific creative result is not guaranteed.

Liability and governing rules

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MOTIQ and Bullfighter Studio are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for MOTIQ during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in Mexico, without overriding mandatory protections that apply where you live. Contact betoxf18@gmail.com with questions.
